About the Role
You will be a high-ticket sales closer and virtual assistant for two small companies located in Sydney Australia and will be responsible for:
-Identifying and qualifying high-potential leads
-Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
-Developing and delivering compelling sales
-Negotiating and closing complex deals
-Exceeding sales targets and quotas
A normal day for Company 1 (SCULPT PHYSIQE CLINIC) looks like (6-7 hours worth of work)
-Extracting leads from Facebook Ads, Social media accounts and Website
-Making 20-40 outbound calls per day
-Managing and liaising with customers via social media accounts, website (wix platform) and emails
-Booking appointments for customers
-Lead Generation
-Invoicing customers
-Handling customer disputes
A normal day for Company 2 (MANEA PACIFICA) looks like (1-1.5 hours worth of work)
-Extracting leads from Facebook Ads, Social media accounts and Website
-Making 5 outbound calls per day (possibly less or 0)
-Managing and liaising with customers via social media accounts, website (wix platform) and emails
-Booking appointments for customers
-Updating team on all new potential bookings via Facbook Chat and Group. Updating team schedule and roster
-Lead Generation
-Invoicing customers
-Handling customer disputes
You will be successful in this role if you have:
-Availbility from the hours of 10am-7pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time Monday – Friday with 1 hour lunch break
-MUST have a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales
-Have experience in sales for body sculpting services isnt a necessity however applicants with experience are likely to be shortlisted
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-English level advance
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills
-The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
-A deep understanding of your target market and the competitive landscape
-A data-driven approach to sales
-Ability to manage call rejections
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team
-A relentless drive to succeed
-Ability to exceed company goals and KPIs
