Job Title: High Ticket Sales Representative

Wage: 5% commission and 3% residual income. If you close 10 deals in a month, that’s a minimum of $12,500.

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for results-oriented High Ticket sales representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a knack for sealing the deal on high value contracts. As our services range from $25,000 per month to $80,000 per month, the skill of effective communication is needed as you will be speaking to C-Level executives and or department overseers. Currently we are working on products in the 6 figure per month range and mass consumer products, so if you know you have the skill to succeed in our company, there’s a lot of opportunity for upward mobility.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
Effectively communicating the value and unique selling points of our services.
Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal.
Setting appointments and closing deals.
Tracking and reporting on sales performance and market trends.

*You will be provided with a company email and an online phone number to complete your daily quotas of cold emails and cold calls.(200-250 emails/calls. Depending on your preference.)*

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales environment.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent In Advanced English

Compensation:
The first 90 days with Novellus Media are seen as a mutual assessment period. We won’t be offering a base salary during this time, but we believe our generous commission structure will provide significant earning potential for those who are up to this role. In this period, you’ll earn a 5% commission on all deals you close. As well as a 3% residual income for every month the client stays on! After the probation period, standout employees will earn a base salary, in addition to their commission and residuals. This threefold compensation model is designed to reward our most dedicated and successful employees and reflects our belief that when the company wins, we all win.
