Job Description

Role
As a High Ticket Closer, your role is to source and book qualified leads on calls to close them on current high ticket packages, as well as to utilize the resources given to generate leads and stay on brand with Cadversity.

Responsibilities

Learning and mastering the “Pre-Qualification Process” utilized for organic lead generation on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Creating unique conversations that take their product concepts, brand messaging and goals into account. Though the framework may be similar, no client strategy should have the same conversation implemented.
Nurturing leads and following up with them consistently.
Touching base with existing clients you’ve closed over low ticket offers for a potential upsell.
Keeping track of their payment status.
Handling any disgruntled clients you’ve brought on.
Monitoring and tracking your leads in your own Sales Tracking Spreadsheet
Managing your own KPI performance so that KPIs are consistently met or exceeded each week.
Attending mandatory weekly review meetings with oversight to assess screenshots of performance until KPIs are met on a consistent basis for 1 month.
Reinstating weekly touch base meetings if KPIs fall below target for 2 consecutive weeks.
Attending any required team meetings internally as requested.

Results

Maintaining between 10-20 calls booked per week.
Maintaining a minimum close rate that meets or exceeds 45% per week.
Maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Meeting any assigned deadlines for resource creation on a consistent basis.

Requirements

Sales or retail experience is preferred.
Experience in the physical product engineering industry is preferred.
Experience working with social platforms – Instagram and Facebook.
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
Must be confident in a leadership role.
Must be adaptive in a fast-paced learning environment.
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings, ideally between the hours of 9am – 6pm EST, if not automating around these times.
Must be extremely coachable. Able to receive and implement feedback on their performance.
Track hours and tasks completed through Basecamp.
