We are a leading healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional patient care. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated high-volume MSP/VMS Full Desk Recruiter which includes: sourcing, recruiting and coordinator schedules, to join our team on a full-time remote basis.
Responsibilities:
SOURCING
– Ability to source for reliable CNAs, GNAs, CMTs, LPNs, RNS, OT, Med Surge Nurses and more, using social media, job boards, LinkedIn etc.
– Transfer/upload all sourced candidates to our system
RECRUITING
– Conduct interviews to make sure these workers are a great fit for our clients, qualified AND reliable
CREDENTIALING
– Ability to request for required documents for compliance purposes and do so in a timely manner
– Ensure workers are fully credentialed at all times
– Verify licenses, certifications, required documents etc.
– Run background checks
– Knowledgeable in US State specific medical document requirements – a plus!
SCHEDULING
– Build relationships with your candidates and and get them book PRN shifts or commit to assignments/contracts
– Text, email and call reminders to all booked shifts
– Handle shift cancelations and necessary backfills
– Maintain integrity of candidates so they are always in “Ready to Work” status
IMPORTANT:
– Please do not apply if you have NEVER had any experience in Medical Staffing as a Sourcer/Recruiter or MSP/VMS systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 2 years experience as a US based Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator in the HEALTHCARE industry – this is a MUST!
– Good communication skills
– Flexibility and can work on weekends/any shift – as needed or required
– Reliable internet connection
