We are seeking a highly Experienced organized and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 10 vacation rental properties listed on various platforms, including Airbnb, as well as our own proprietary platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in property management, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Listing Management:**
– Create and optimize property listings on various vacation rental platforms, including Airbnb and others.
– Monitor and update listing calendars to reflect property availability accurately.
– Manage listings on our own proprietary platform, ensuring a consistent and appealing representation.
2. **Guest Communication:**
– Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reviews across multiple platforms.
– Provide clear and detailed information to guests before, during, and after their stay.
3. **Guest Services:**
– Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests across various platforms.
– Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. **Performance Analysis:**
– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, guest satisfaction, and revenue across all platforms.
– Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
5. **Marketing and Promotion:**
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more guests to the properties on multiple platforms.
– Utilize social media and other channels to promote properties and engage with potential guests.
6. **Legal Compliance:**
– Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements for short-term rentals across all platforms.
– Manage any necessary permits and licenses.
**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in property management or hospitality.
– Strong knowledge of various vacation rental platforms, including Airbnb.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
– Familiarity with local regulations related to short-term rentals.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Basic understanding of marketing principles.
**Education and Experience:**
– – Proven experience in property management on various platforms including Airbnb, VRBO etc
Schedule: Must be able to work:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Central European Time (CET)
Saturdays 10am 3pm CET
Total 50 Hours per week
– Schedule may vary and require adaptation over time. This is 50Hours per week. The pay is made via bank transfer to a Wise Account on the 1st and 15th of every month in USD and will increase as you progress within the company.

Paid Vacation Time
Paid vacation time (Service Incentive Leave) of one week a year is awarded as standard after one year with the company. This must be used within the year awarded. The availability of any further vacation leave, personal time is awarded at our discretion.
13th Month Salary
After working full time for the company for 6 months or longer you will be entitled to the 13th Month Salary. The 13th Month salary is paid in the Middle of December.
Health Insurance
We are not a local company and so are unable to provide normal health insurance. However if you have been working full time the company for 6 months or longer we will pay 50% of whatever health insurance plan you choose to select. Just provide us with the receipt and it’s paid. This benefit starts the following month after completing 6 months with the company.
Long Service bonus
For every year you stay with us you are earning a $1000 Bonus. This is paid when you depart from the company after a minimum of 5 years service. So stay with the company 5 years or longer and receive $5000 Bonus!
