I am personally on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to my life. The go-getter in this role will be responsible for maintaining my calendars, scheduling internal meetings, and tending to any other administrative needs the pop up day to day. Using detailed memos and an impeccable organization system, the Executive Assistant of my life will prep me for each workday. In addition to being ultra-organized, you’ll thrive in this role if you’re a tack-sharp communicator.
The Executive Assistant facilitates high-energy and brand-appropriate email communication with some of my most important contacts—and also serves as a key member of my team. As the EA, you will be working with all aspects of my life providing administrative support, and ensuring that I am involved everywhere I need to be.

Responsibilities:
? Work with me to plan exciting team outings and coordinate (manicure day, massage day,
wine & cheese day)
? Assist with administrative tasks, research, errands, emails and scheduling
? Lots of emails, internally, with customers, friends, prospects and all other departments
? Maintain relationships with most important supporters, friends, and guests,
communicating with them over email and in person
? Learn business and be prepared to giving a helping hand where needed
? Maintain and monitor ongoing projects, interdepartmental day to day tasks where
needed
? Schedule events with my network
? Organizing and executing all tasks where the I am required- making sure things get to
the finish line and do not fall through the cracks
? Prioritizing meetings and calls to ensure I am not overwhelmed, or overbooked
? Handle all travel arrangements
? Anticipate how to make each day as successful as possible and act accordingly (e.g.,
complete necessary research, prepare materials in advance)
Requirements:
? at least 2 or 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
? Proactive. Proactive. Proactive.
? English as close to native
? Works EST
? LOVES technology and using it in ways to improve our process
? An excellent juggler (of tasks—if you can literally juggle, that’s cool too)
? Bursting with enthusiasm (great attitude is a must!)
? Possesses superb organization and communication skills (an outgoing personality really
helps)
? A go-getter with a no-task-is-too-big-or-too-small mentality
? Demonstrates exemplary attention to detail
? Disciplined, focused and can hold headstand for at least 10 minutes
? Is a long-term thinker. You already have a plan to bring yoga and luon to Mars by 2018
? Embraces a team-oriented environment and high energy level
? Willingness to help others outside of the job description wherever you can
? Incredible writing skills
