We are a dynamic solopreneur-led corporation based in Ontario, Canada, seeking an exceptionally skilled and versatile virtual assistant to provide comprehensive support across various digital marketing projects and initiatives.

My company owns and operates multiple niche websites and provides SEO services to a select group of local clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced virtual assistant who can help streamline operations, optimize our digital assets, and contribute to the growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in managing and optimizing our niche websites to improve their performance and user engagement
– Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across our digital assets
– Implement effective project management processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks
– Provide accountability and support to help the solopreneur stay organized and focused on key objectives
– Create and manage engaging content for our websites and social media channels to boost brand presence
– Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
– Provide general administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation
– Help manage our local SEO service by communicating with clients, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely deliverables.
– Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance productivity
– Provide regular updates and reports on project status, website performance, and overall progress, including creating dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets to track issues, tasks, or quickly input them into PM software tools
– Assist the manager with personal tasks, such as booking flights, hotels, conducting research, and reporting back effectively.
– Offering general personal support and assistance as needed, adapting to the manager’s unique requirements and preferences.

Requirements:

– Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
– Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone hours
– Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and keep projects on track
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate work
– Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the solopreneur and other stakeholders
– Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO best practices, and website management
– Proficient in using project management tools, tools we use are , , Google Calendar, Spark email, and Tiktik
-Experienced in conducting research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in a virtual assistant or project management role
