Familiarity with Odoo accounting software is highly desirable. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and oversee all accounting operations across multiple entities in over 10 countries, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
– Skillfully handle financial reporting, tax preparation, ledger maintenance, and cash flow analysis.
– Utilize Odoo or similar ERP software for efficient and accurate financial management.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy in financial data and to streamline accounting processes.
– Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
– Conduct regular audits and prepare financial statements and reports for senior management.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in e-commerce accounting.
– Provide insightful financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
– Proven experience in accounting, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
– Proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP accounting software.
– Exceptional mastery of English, both written and verbal.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
