Hello,

I am looking for a full-time, highly skilled Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is very versed and experienced in editing YouTube-specific videos that focus on Black History Documentary and YouTube thumbnails.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, stock footage, and video clips that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also seeking someone who understands the necessary elements to create a YouTube thumbnail that people want to click on. someone who knows how to use Midjourney, Click to view, and Canva to create eye-catching images.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input.

I want someone who can edit one quality video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8-hour shift or less.

You can work any 8-hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. The starting pay for this position is 350$ per month with the opportunity to move up in the future.
