Overview:
Adeative Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to develop engaging and impactful digital experiences for our premium clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability in creating innovative design solutions that enhance user interaction through effective visual design and user interface.

Responsibilities:

Visual and Creative Design: Develop comprehensive visual identities that include logo design, color palettes, and branding. Design intuitive and engaging website layouts that enhance user experience and are aligned with our brand ethos.
Collaboration and Development: Work closely with our web development team to ensure consistent and integrated design across all digital platforms. Provide design wireframes, mockups, and specifications to guide development.
Responsive and Accessible Design: Create designs that function seamlessly across different devices and prioritize accessibility to ensure all users can interact with our content effectively.
Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to continuously innovate and elevate our design standards.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing recent work in web design, particularly in projects that involve complex visual identities and user interface designs.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and familiarity with other visual design tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
Design Thinking: Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction. Ability to produce creative design concepts and translate those concepts into user flows and end products.
Agile Experience: Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Problem-solving: A strong problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Initial Design Task:
Objective: Design the homepage for Shyft, a premium fitness and wellness brand. The design should attract and engage high-end clients, seamlessly guiding new visitors into the conversion funnel.
Deliverables: A Figma mockup of the homepage, including a document detailing your design rationale, especially focusing on CTA placements and user journey enhancements.

Evaluation: Creativity in visual identity design, layout effectiveness, technical execution in responsive design, and strategic thinking in user engagement.
