We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Ad Manager to oversee and optimize our online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).
-Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
-Optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging best practices.
-Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
-Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and effectiveness.
-Provide recommendations for new and innovative advertising opportunities.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Digital Ad Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful ad campaigns.
-In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
-Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
-Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
-Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).

Ability to create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
Required Skills:
