ROLE:

Simon Lerner and STR Navigator LLC. are seeking an Executive Assistant who will serve as the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination and communication among team members and external partners. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the gatekeeper of our executive’s time and resources, managing their calendar, scheduling, and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Simon Lerner’s calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain and update the Contacts Database with accuracy and completeness.
Schedule meetings and appointments using various platforms, including Google Calendar and Zoom.
Handle data entry and updates efficiently, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Send out emails on behalf of Simon Lerner, maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication.
Act as a liaison between Simon Lerner and other team members, effectively communicating tasks, requests, and inquiries, and ensuring they are executed promptly.
Occasionally, order supplies and materials as needed, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery.
Utilize software such as Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, , Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, and others to manage tasks and communication effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience and track record as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in managing software platforms such as Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Zoom, Google Calendar, , Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, and others.
Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
Detail-oriented with a great memory for important details and deadlines.
Ability to make decisions independently and solve problems efficiently.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
