Do you love beauty? We cover topics like makeup trends, nail design ideas, hairstyles, etc., and are looking for an amazing image permissions specialist.
We are hiring a virtual assistant to source and obtain permission for the use of images on our website and social media channels. You will be responsible for finding accurate and beautiful images based on the keywords provided, asking for permission to use them, and documenting the permission in an organized way. For some projects, you may also resize the images and format them in WordPress.
When needed, you may assist in other administrative tasks.
This is a full-time salary role.
Requirements for the job:
– 1+ years of research and image permissions experience.
– Exceptional writing ability in English – One of your main responsibilities will be communicating with and receiving permission from USA-based social media accounts.
– Excellent research skills. You must be able to accurately determine the search intent, so you source the most relevant images.
– Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
– To check your attention to detail please tell me your favorite color in your application.
– Stable & fast internet connection.
– You must have an interest in nails, hair, makeup, or beauty in general. Experience in these areas either professionally or as an avid consumer will significantly help in this position.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Please include your best rate for 40 hours per week of full-time work.
Time will be tracked using our team time tracker (TeamLogger). The hours are flexible. You can choose to work during the times that work best for you.
