Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our online platform. Your daily responsibilities will include:
– Thorough Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of our site every day to ensure optimal performance.
– Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and report any bugs or issues encountered during testing.
– Verification: Test and confirm that new fixes and updates are implemented correctly and efficiently.
– Ticket Management: Handle incoming tickets related to bugs, ideas, and improvements, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Requirements:
– Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying even the smallest discrepancies.
– Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
– Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
– Experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

– Extremely detail oriented

– 100% Fluent in English (advanced/near-native level)
– Quick learner
– Ability to shift gears for high/low priority tasks
– Double and triple-checks their work to make sure its 100% correct
– Immediate long-term availability
– Fast and dependable internet access
– Can work 7am – 3pm EST
– Able to work weekends (if needed)
