**Job Summary:**
As a Project Manager Assistant for our Hiring Team, you will work closely with and report directly to the Director of Remote. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around remote work coordination, task tracking, form building, and resume review. Your role will play a pivotal part in optimizing our recruitment processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Coordinate Hiring Processes:
Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Data Management:
Maintain and update candidate databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms to attract potential candidates.
**Candidate Screening:** Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, and providing feedback to the hiring team.
Interview Logistics:
Coordinate interview logistics, including arranging video or in-person interviews, booking meeting rooms, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and helping with initial training.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate reports and analytics related to hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.
**Benefits & Perks:**

– Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
– We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
– For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of USD 290, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week’s hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,160 USD.
