Salary: €12-20 per hour.

Traffic Family is a financially healthy and remote company that purchases and grows affiliate websites. We primarily do this by writing high-quality content and maximizing revenue from our various online platforms. We are looking for an experienced Freelance CRO Specialist to strengthen our team and contribute to our growing success.
We earn money by recommending products on one of our websites and receive a commission when people make a purchase.
We currently have over 500.000 visitors each month. Lots of CRO great opportunities for tests to put live and analyse!

What will you do?
As a Freelance CRO Specialist at our affiliate company, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing and Optimizing: analyzing user behavior and conversion paths on our websites with the goal of optimizing conversion rates.
A/B Testing: designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
Data Interpretation: interpreting website analytics and converting this data into concrete action plans.
Collaboration with Content Teams: collaborating with our content teams to ensure a seamless integration of affiliate links and promotions that enhance user experience.
Reporting: regular reporting on the progress and results of optimization efforts.
Rolling out successful experiments: with help from our VA team, you’ll make sure our wins are being implemented to our portfolio of sites.
Make a CRO plan for new websites we acquire: whenever we acquire a new site, it’ll be your job to implement all the proven
CRO tactics we have that can often already 2x the revenue.
What we’re looking for
Required experience:
• 2+ years in CRO.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools and Analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Independence and proactive attitude.
• Experience in the affiliate industry is a big bonus.
