• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.

• You must be able to use a CRM system to track deals progress and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software and tools
