The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for Sibs. We are looking for a self-starter, dynamic, and have great experience in working with people.
Main Responsibilities include:
– Acting as a liaison between the company and our users, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to solve any challenges that the user may have.
– Fulfill users’ needs while providing an exceptional client experience.
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with users through open and interactive communication.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Keep records of users’ interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
– Go the extra mile to engage users, motivate them to trade and ensure that the app remain
Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years’ work experience in a related role. High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
– Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries.
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
