Job Description

We are hiring for the following positions:

A. VIDEO EDITOR
Tasks:
1. Edit videos for courses, social media cuts, and marketing
2. Repurpose long-form videos into social media posts
3. Regularly collaborate with the team for directions and project status
4. Follow the company’s brand guidelines
5. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
6. Create rough and final cuts
7. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
8. Consult with management from production to the post-production process
9. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a Video Editor
2. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe tools, etc.)
3. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
4. Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
5. Familiarity with special effects, etc.
6. Creative mind and storytelling skills
7. With media-producing experience
8. Advertising experience
9. Good English communication skills

B. PROJECT MANAGER
Tasks:
1. Managing project schedules, and other administrative tasks
2. Coordinating all aspects of a project from start to finish, including client relations, materials procurement, and labor scheduling
3. Providing leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure that goals are met
4. Overseeing project deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time
5. Planning and managing projects from start to finish, including creating project plans and timelines, hiring staff members, and overseeing budgets
6. Managing client relationships to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of their project
7. Coordinating with other staff members such as designers or programmers to ensure that projects meet their requirements

C. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Tasks:
1. Managing the following interactions: Voice (inbound, outbound) & Non-Voice (email, chat)
2. Answering inquiries
3. Email Engagement.
4. Manage transaction records.
5. Processing of requests and orders
6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
7. Provide valid and accurate information.
8. Prepare reports and analyze customer information.
9. Establish and maintain a positive working and customer connection.
10. Supports the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

D. COPYWRITER
Tasks:
1. Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials
2. Create compelling ad copy, storyboards landing pages, and marketing campaigns
3. Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
4. Simultaneously manage multiple projects
5. Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to the team
6. Collaborate with marketing/design team to develop marketing campaigns
7. Work with analysts to ensure messaging is consistent across the company
8. Brainstorm and manage projects and juggle multiple deliverables
9. Define key messages and brand voice for external communications

E. SALESFORCE ADMIN
Tasks:
1. Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
2. Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
3. Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
4. Maintaining the sales cloud, and building custom reports and dashboards.
6. Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, and providing training and support.
7. Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
8. Preparing reports.

Requirements:
– at least 2 years experience in the chosen position
– strong communication skills
– willing to work on a flexible schedule
– ability to work independently
– can handle multiple responsibilities
– detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
