Customer Service Manager for E-commerce Startup

The Role:
Initially, your role will involve independently managing all customer support inquiries, as our sales volume is currently in its early stage. You will lead the development of systems, processes, and infrastructure essential for scaling our customer service operations. As sales increase, your responsibilities will transition towards team management, starting with the recruitment and supervision of the first customer service representative. Subsequently, your role will evolve as we continue to expand our team to meet growing demand, ultimately focusing solely on team management.
Working Hours:
You will be expected to commit approximately 40/50 hours per week. Specific scheduling details will be discussed collaboratively in subsequent stages.
