If you become part of this team:

? First, you will be making 80,000ph – 100,000ph/month

? Second, you’ll be part of a team that appreciates and respects what you do.

? Third you will be working with some of the coolest clients in the coaching industry who are changing lives every day.

? Fourth you will have access to everything that you need to create your best work we’ll give you all the data that you need to write better ads and optimise your work.

? Fifth we’ll coach you on how we scale businesses to $250K – $500K with paid ads so you can tremendously improve your skills.

At the end of the day, you will not be working with noobs who are gonna rely on you to save their business.

But you’ll be working with a team who’s responsible for scaling multiple coaching businesses to multi-7-figures and 8-figures per year.

You are on for a hell of a ride, that’s why we have strict requirements for anyone who wants to join this team.

1- You are great at writing Facebook ads.
2 – You can work from 9 Am – 6 Pm Ph time.
3 – Your communication skill is on point.
4 – You know how to optimise ads based on data.
5 – You DON’T solely rely on ChatGPT to do your work (We can tell)

Here’s our application process:

Step 1: Submit an application, sell us on you, and provide samples of your work.

Step 2: If your application is approved we’ll get you to submit a test task.
This is solely for us to test your skills and see if the amazing ads on your portfolio are truly yours.

(Believe it or not, some people take other people’s ads and put it as their own in their own in the portfolio.)

Step 3: If you pass the test task you’ll then be offered a paid 3 weeks trial at 3,000ph/day.

Step 4: if you make it through the trial period, you’ll then be offered the full-time position.
