**Remote Hiring Manager – Serenity Clean**

*Position Overview:*
Serenity Clean is seeking a dynamic and organized Remote Hiring Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to our talent acquisition efforts. As the Remote Hiring Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the evolving labor needs of our company. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to efficiently navigate the hiring process through various digital platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– **Talent Sourcing and Outreach:** Utilize platforms such as Indeed and BookingKoala to proactively source and engage with potential candidates who align with Serenity Clean’s values and requirements.

– **Interview Coordination:** Collaborate with prospects through Calendly to schedule and conduct remote interviews via Zoom. Create a seamless and professional interview experience that reflects our company culture.

– **Candidate Evaluation:** Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit during interviews to determine the best fit for various positions within Serenity Clean.

– **Onboarding and Administrative Processes:** Facilitate end-to-end onboarding procedures, guiding new hires through the administrative setup on platforms like Gusto. Ensure a smooth transition from application to their first day on the job.

– **Communication:** Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and addressing questions to create a positive candidate experience.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with local Serenity Clean team members to coordinate the final stages of onboarding and introduce new hires to our company’s local culture and environment.

*Qualifications:*
– **Recruitment Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields, with a keen eye for identifying high-quality candidates.

– **Digital Proficiency:** Familiarity with Indeed, BookingKoala, Calendly, Zoom, and other digital tools used in the remote hiring process.

– **Organizational Skills:** Ability to manage multiple candidates in various stages of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

– **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with candidates and effectively convey information.

– **Adaptability:** Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment and adjusting to evolving recruitment needs.
