Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Hiring Manager to join our team. As the Hiring Manager for Amazon FBA and FBM Dropshipping, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring talented individuals to join our expanding team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s success by identifying and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Hiring Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA and FBM business models is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
