Potential Tasks:
Outbound and Follow-Up Calls:
– Make outbound calls to unresponsive leads and follow up with clients who have received offers.
– Update and manage CRM with lead statuses, documenting attempts and outcomes.
– Schedule periodic follow-up calls and emails.
Administrative Support:
– Manage emails and customer support inquiries.
– Schedule meetings and appointments.
– Handle data entry, file organization, and database management.
Social Media Strategy and Management:
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
– Create, curate, and manage content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
– Monitor and respond to user interactions to cultivate leads and sales.
– Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
– Design and produce graphics, videos, and written content for social media.
– Schedule and manage the content calendar for timely delivery.
Skills, Competencies, and Personal Characteristics:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polished telephone demeanor.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and motivation to achieve high-quality results.
– Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with data.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Experience in administrative support roles
