We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our Human Resources department. This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our workforce to meet the evolving needs of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring: Spearhead the recruitment process for drivers, helpers, and other essential personnel in existing and new markets. This includes advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for all employee grievances, feedback, and performance-related discussions. Develop strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Documentation and Compliance: Manage the documentation process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, submitted, and properly filed. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee a performance review system for evaluating employee productivity and identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Coordinate with department heads to design and implement training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to understand operational needs and workforce planning strategies. Anticipate hiring needs based on business growth and seasonal fluctuations.
External Service Providers: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for external service providers, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and operational requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and operational flow.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or similar industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
A thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
