Lead Stream Consulting is a small, dynamic digital marketing agency that specializes in Local SEO. We are passionate about helping businesses thrive online by optimizing their web presence for local search. We’re seeking a highly skilled SEO Expert who can also take on the role of a Virtual Assistant to support the owner in managing day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert who can bring their expertise to the table, ensuring the success of our clients’ local SEO campaigns. In addition to SEO responsibilities, this role will involve working closely with the owner to assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve clients’ local search rankings.
– Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
– Manage backlinking strategies and actively get backlinks based on their relevance & strength.
– Monitor and analyze SEO performance using industry tools and analytics platforms.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Project Management:
– Effectively manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and performance goals.
– Update and Manage task management software to ensure projects and broken down into tasks, tracking projects until completion.
– Collaborate with team members to execute web design & SEO initiatives to meet client objectives.
– Track and report on project progress, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Virtual Assistant Duties:
– Assist the owner with administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, billing, and document preparation.
– Help hire and manage short-term contract employees for specific projects and duties.
– Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.
– Meticulously follows instructions and executes tasks with precision.
– Provide clear and professional communication, both written and spoken, in fluent English.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO (both on-site and off-site).
– Proven track record of achieving SEO results and improving local search rankings.
– Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
– Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
– Agency experience is highly preferred.
– Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
