The role is simple. I’m looking for someone that is already knows how to do both:
1) Cold Email
2) LinkedIn Outreach

You are the perfect fit if you are:

SDR Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead Generation: Utilize cold email and LinkedIn to generate leads.

2) Campaign Management: Develop and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

3) Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators like deliverability rate, positive responses, meeting bookings, and show-up rate.

Cold Email Campaigns:
1) Domain and Email Account Management:
Purchase domains.
Buy and set up email accounts with DKIM, SPF, DMARC.

2) Email Account Warm-Up:
Use tools like Instantly or SmartLead.

3) Landing Page Setup: Design and implement effective landing pages.

4) Lead Scraping and Cleaning:
Use tools like Apollo or Lead Rocks.
Clean and verify email lists.

5) Email Campaign Creation:
Craft 3-5 cold email sequence campaigns.
Launch and manage campaigns.
Create automated follow-up nurturing sequences.

6) Email Management:
Respond to emails.
Remove contacts upon unsubscribe requests.
Schedule Zoom meetings from email responses.

LinkedIn Outreach:
1) Profile Optimization: Enhance the LinkedIn profile for maximum impact.

2) Lead Scraping:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation.

3) Automation and Messaging:
Utilize for automated messaging.
Develop a 3-message outreach sequence.

4) Communication and Scheduling:
Engage with positive responses.
Book Zoom meetings from LinkedIn conversations.
