Think Bullish is an early-stage startup (going on 6 years) in the online social media marketing space currently servicing 80+ of the nations’ leading medical offices across the U.S.
We have a tight-knit team of 32 remote employees who help our clients consistently attract floods of new patients into their offices for some of the most chronic and severe medical conditions (that many say aren’t even treatable).

A few requirements though:
– You can speak good English (B1+)
– You understand VERY detail-oriented and hate mistakes
– You are comfortable with Google Sheets and excel
– You have a good wifi connection and can work remotely
– You are RELENTLESS and unwilling to quit on your goals and dreams
– You are a lifetime student and know that you can always improve
– You are coachable and willing to follow instructions and get feedback to improve
Most of our new hires start by working on our clients’ accounts and will grow into other selling roles and management roles.
You’ll be responsible for:
– Auditing our clients accounts to determine any challenges
– Identifying solutions to these challenges and delegating them to our team
– Weekly email reporting to our clients with your findings, the actions that we’re taking internally, and our suggestions for them to take in their offices
– Monitoring & communicating with client messages in FreshDesk, email, SMS, and Discord
– Answering inbound calls to route them appropriately
– Attending calls with our Director of Client Success to take detailed notes and to assign the action items to our team
– Communicating with our team to ensure that campaigns get launched on time and that they complete the tasks that you assign to them
– Reporting various KPIs and metrics in Google Forms each day
– Troubleshooting setups, as necessary (with training)
– Daily tracking & reporting
Typically, our first two weeks will encompass slowly getting started with training. Thereafter, you will be able to work fairly independently.
We host group team calls each week and communicate in Discord and . We also work in Google Drive.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions freely through Discord and reach out to our leadership team for support on a regular basis.
Thereafter, you’ll have the opportunity to step into develop into management opportunities as we continue to grow.
The right person will have a huge opportunity to grow into a Client Success Manager in the next 1-3 months.

– You aren’t willing to sometimes work 40-50 hours/week if the situation arises
– You won’t be able to get started in the next 7-10 days, if hired
– You aren’t fluent in English (B1 minimum)
