We are looking to hire an individual to join our team. We would first start off on a trial basis, with the intention of transitioning you to a permanent role.

WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INCLUDE?
– Customer Service (Email Only/ No Voice Support Needed)
– Help resolve customer issues, especially with deliveries
– Answer inquiries from customers daily
– Reach out to customers when needed (e.g. Asking for their contact information)
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
– You already have at least 1-year experience using Shopify & Customer Service
– Detailed-oriented and meticulous
– You are a self-starter and can work independently without supervision
– You are comfortable working remotely, at your own time
– You have excellent written/spoken English skills so that you can easily collaborate with our team
– You are open to change and feedback
– You are proactive and constantly finding new ways to improve your performance
– You take pride in the results that you deliver
– You will put in the extra effort to deliver desired results and KPIs
