Hiring Video Editor for TikTok UGC Advertisements

Protus Brands is an e-commerce growth company. We build 7-8 figure brands from the ground up.

We’re looking for a FULL TIME Video Editor to turn raw footage from UGC creators into TikTok and Fb ads (*Bonus is you have basic photoshop skills as well)

What you WON’T be doing:

– Wasting your time and skills reporting and communicating with clients
– Wasting time wondering when you’ll get your next client. Work with us for a steady inflow of projects

What you WILL be doing:

– Turn raw footage from UGC creators into TikTok and Fb ads
– Work alongside our creative director in maximizing video hook and hold rates
– Iterate on current winning creatives by editing the hook (first 2-3s of clip), order of clips, pacing, sounds etc. following the guidance of our creative director

Skills and Experience:

– 1 to 3 years of video editing experience with a portfolio of relevant work
– An understanding of TikTok creative best practices
– Cultural curiosity. One eye on what’s working now and one eye on what trends are coming in the TikTok space which could inform future ideas
– Can function as an individual creative and as a team player
– A collaborative mindset
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Basic Photoshop Skills
