Your role as a Hiring Assistant of Billion Euro Enterprises
This is a remote work position. As our Hiring Assistant, you’ll take on hiring projects for different roles, learn our procedures for hiring, onboarding, and implement them for different roles.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR HIRING ASSISTANT

– Post jobs on different sites as instructed, create the job posts with our vision, interview, and onboard new roles, within deadlines and needs to work in our project management system
– Documentation of given tasks (when required)
– Make sure new employees start in the company with a good beginning
– Always approach your managers with solutions to problems!
You will learn a ton of new skills with us.
We will provide all required resources and instructions for every task we give you.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent / bachelor’s degree.
