Job Description:
We are launching a YouTube channel for our parenting and kids brand, Hayden Fox, and require a long-term thumbnail designer who can create excellent quality and eye catching thumbnails. Our plan is to create over 1000 videos over the life span of the channel so there will be lots of work for you if you get the role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create high quality cartoon thumbnails that maximize CTR
– Communicate with the YouTube manager via Trello and Discord
Goals:
– Maximize CTR by creating high quality and engaging thumbnails that have consistent branding for all the videos
Requirements:
– Excellent illustration and design skills in thumbnail creation
– Experience with creating thumbnails that achieve high CTR on YouTube
– Experience in project management and working with other team members.
– Ability to use Discord and Trello.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Fast response times are required.
– Ability to work quickly while also having high quality. No more than 24 hours per thumbnail.

Note: Essentially what I am looking for is to see how much you can improve this existing thumbnail with your skills.
