Job Description

As a Home Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage in outbound sales campaigns to engage specific homeowners interested in selling their homes. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential sellers, assessing their needs, and educating them about our company’s services. This is a new position and you will have direct impact on perfecting our sales best practices and driving results.

You’ll own:

Outbound Dials: Initiate outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts to gauge interest in selling their property.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain rapport with homeowners by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the homeowner’s motivations for selling and gather relevant property information.

Educate Sellers: Clearly communicate the benefits of working with our company, emphasizing our transparent and efficient home-selling process.

Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our acquisition strategy.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions with potential sellers in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including acquisitions managers and marketing professionals, to optimize lead generation strategies.

You bring:

Availability: Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 12:00-8:00pm Eastern Time. There will also be a rotation of weekends and holidays.

Previous Experience: Proven success in outbound sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. Emphasis on the demonstrated sales performance, prioritizing overall achievements over specific real estate experience.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and build trust with potential sellers.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls effectively.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent in a challenging sales environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving scripts and strategies based on market trends and feedback.

Pay rate $5-7 USD an hour, depending on experience, through wise.

Positions begin with a 30 day trial. Full-time employment.
