HOME-BASED, NON-VOICE
Looking for 2-3 Dynamic Problem Solvers who have:
• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
• BPO / Call Center Experience Preferred
• Strong Research & Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• and our Detail Orientated with Strong Follow Through skills

This job is for a Boston-based, e-commerce company with a large team of Philippines-based virtual team members.

After six-month, the job can convert to regular employment with health benefits and paid time off.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want you on our customer-loving, fun, curious, dedicated, and extremely hard-working Customer Care team.

This position will entail helping our clients through the Live Chat portal and working through various questions and troubleshooting processes. Your mastery of the Invaluable platform will be essential as you guide our customers in learning effective ways to run their auctions, bid on items, and more!

Ultimately, your goal will be to delight our customers and send them away with greater knowledge and a smile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide world-class service to our auction houses and bidders via phone and email
• Be an expert on Invaluable’s features and processes and maintain exceptional knowledge of the product as it evolves
• Own customer issues and escalate to appropriate channels when needed
• Provide instruction and tutorials about our service to existing customers
• Locate a customer’s account information on multiple platforms, ask relevant questions to understand and reproduce an issue, provide an answer, or suggest alternative solutions and document your interactions fully
• Represent the voice of our customers by interfacing and collaborating with other internal teams when appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated aptitude and love of providing exceptional, detail-oriented customer service – min two years experience
• Embody a natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
• Communicates thoughtfully in written conversations
• Ability to dive deep and learn new technology at lightning speed
• Stamina and focus to provide support to dozens of customers per day with a smile
• Comfortable wearing many different hats and juggling conversations between channels
• Challenge-driven and enjoys solving new problems every day
• Sense of humor preferred!
