Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for both current and potential guests
Provide virtual assistance by addressing maintenance requests, conveying pricing, and ensuring timely follow-up on events
Disseminate important announcements and notifications to guests through various communication channels
Support the operations manager by assisting with administrative tasks, including managing guests, vendors, and internal responsibilities
Handle general office management duties, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and scheduling couriers
Manage calendars and appointments as required
Prepare task lists and reminders for the team, ensuring proper follow-up
Knowledge of online calendar systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Doodle)
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels (email, chat, and call).
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Maintains deep familiarity with products and services to answer questions accurately.
It is imperative that all candidates appointed to customer service roles possess the capacity to adeptly grasp and adapt to the intricacies of business operations. Furthermore, the candidates shall be equipped to handle multifaceted responsibilities, wherein critical thinking, problem-solving, and versatility in assuming diverse roles will be required to perform job functions that extend beyond the scope of the aforementioned tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER EXPERIENCE
This is for a HOME-BASED work
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Preferably with experience in a voice and non-voice account
Required Skill(s): Can multitask, time management, people management, fast learner, Good command of the English language
Willing to be assigned in the evening
