Real Estate Cold Caller/Appointment Setter/Follow-up Specialist/Acquisition Manager (Closers)/Disposition Managers/Team Leads/BPO-Call Center Managers

All selected staff will start off cold calling new leads as entry, then will follow up on leads, prepare, once mastered will be able to close deals and get commission on deals, and ensure each transaction acquisition is smooth and successful. There is a mandatory 90-day performance probationary period. Once completed ability to be promoted increases base on performance metrics.

This position is instrumental in the growth and success of the business, and needs team members that is extremely persuasive, confident, able to have normal organic conversations, english pronunciation of words with little to no foreign accent, and detail-oriented.

Real Estate Remote Agent will be paid on a base hourly rate with potential of earning commission once promoted. Part time work shifts consisting of 5 hours a day 5 days a week is required to start that would transition to full time 8 hours a day 5 days a week if requested.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

– Produce no less then 3+ Qualified Leads Day. Must have total = 15 leads a week at minimum at end of week review.
– Initial call and outreach to email leads answering seller questions and providing available data and documents.
– Identify and source potential acquisitions across multiple markets
– Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise pre and post-sale.
– Continued follow-up with leads.
– Generate all documents required for the purchase of properties and make sure that all documents are signed and uploaded to the CRM.
– Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
– Spend time on the phone daily, using script to qualify all leads.
– Analyze properties, look at comparable, and determine cash offers.
– Make offers on properties.
– Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.
– Work with Marketing if necessary.
– Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
– Respond to calls, emails, texts within a 24 hour period.
– Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
– Attend regularly scheduled meetings weekly and as needed.
– Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
– Ensure all procedures adhere with company policies.
– Cross train on essential duties that need to be covered when out of the office.
– Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay varies: $2400.00 (as part-time beginning) – $50,000.00 per year (as a Team Lead/Manager)
