Job Title: Part-Time Home Care Sales Representative (with Potential for Full-Time)
Salary: $340/Month (20 Hours/Week) + Bonuses for Referrals
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant with a focus on sales to join our team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with excellent communication skills, a successful track record in cold calling, objection handling, and closing sales over the phone. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in utilizing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for business development purposes.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Contact doctor’s offices, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities to discuss potential partnerships and secure referrals.
Sales Strategy: Implement and fine-tune sales strategies to target potential referral sources in the healthcare sector.
Decision Maker Identification: Research and identify key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to ensure you are speaking with individuals who have the authority to make referral decisions.
Overcoming Objections: Address any concerns or objections to partnerships effectively and professionally, turning a “no” into a “yes.”
Closing Sales: Skillfully close sales calls by securing commitments for referrals or partnerships.
Social Media Networking: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to locate key decision-makers and reach out to potential clients.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential leads and current partners to ensure a healthy pipeline and strengthen relationships.
Record-Keeping: Keep meticulous records of calls, follow-up actions, and any commitments, utilizing company-provided sales software.
Reporting: Regularly report activities, successes, and roadblocks to management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in cold calling, overcoming objections, and closing sales over the phone.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pleasant and clear phone voice suitable for professional interactions.
Highly skilled in closing sales calls.
Proficient in using social media platforms like LinkedIn for business development.
Familiarity with healthcare and homecare services is a plus.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of sales software.
