Job Descrition:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter. This role is integral in enhancing our caregiver team, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding with an emphasis on building a compassionate team. Our ideal Recruiter is committed to creating a winning team, is self-motivated, assertive, outgoing, personable, and patient.

Responsibilities:
– Proactively post and update job ads (weekly) to attract qualified candidates.
– Source candidates from various platforms and maintain a pipeline of potential hires.
– Contact applicants via phone, email, or text to build rapport, screen and qualify them.
– Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, ensuring a thorough understanding of candidate capabilities and fit.
– Manage the entire recruitment process, including follow-ups and candidate engagement.
– Assist applicants in completing applications and hiring paperwork.
– Ensure successful onboarding for new hires.
– Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and meet hiring goals.
– Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred experience in recruitment within the home care or health industry.
– Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in HR or related field advantageous.
– Strong multitasking, decision-making, and independent working skills.
– At least 1 year experience in a BPO environment, handling customer service and sales
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English with minimal or no accent.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Technical Requirements:
– High-speed, reliable wired internet connection.
– Noise cancellation headset with a microphone for clear communication.
– A quiet and professional home or office workspace.
– Backup computer, power supply, and internet connection for uninterrupted work.
