RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Customer Service Rockstar:
Answer phone calls, book appointments, and provide exceptional service to customers who have already heard about our great reputation. (No cold calls!)
– Social Media & Content Creation:
Manage our social media presence using Canva and ChatGPT, and craft engaging content for various platforms like Google My Business.
– Communication & Coordination:
Follow up with past customers, coordinate technician schedules, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working with home service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is highly desirable
– Communication Master: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are crucial.
– Sales Savvy: You possess strong communication and sales abilities, with the ability to build rapport and convert leads.
– Content Creator: Experience with social media management and content writing is a plus.
– Tech-Proficient: Knowledge of WordPress editing, email marketing, and SEO is a bonus..
REQUIREMENTS:
– Sharp & Detail-Oriented: You are a quick learner with a keen eye for detail.
– Reliable Technology: Stable and high-speed internet connection is essential (missing calls is unacceptable).
– Part-Time Availability: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 2 pm EST (5 hours/day).
