JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create solution-based emails, and live chat messages in response to customer tickets/inquiries, and answer phone calls
– Work independently; manage time and multi-task
– Communicate regularly with the team and management using Slack and email
Handling Tickets In/Out
Answering the phone
Partner Servery Calls
Sending Email’s
Some after-hours work

QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 1 year of CSR experience
– Experience in eCommerce is a PLUS!
– Strong communication skills and command of English grammar
– Experience in any of the following eCommerce tools/software: Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re:Amaze, Freshdesk, etc. (preferred but not required)
Must have
– A proven track record in customer service
– 9 out of 10 English written and spoken
– the ability to answer calls after hours when scheduled
– Have or are willing to purchase an extended microphone headset ($15 on amazon), Computer with 4 GB of ram & a good webcam, Internet that is fast – On google, type in – internet speed test – take a free test to find out.
Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
-Able to work 8 am to 4:30 pm MDT – Monday to Friday.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must obtain a high level of energy.
-Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
-Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc) is an asset.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
– Stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps)
– A backup power and internet connection
