Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of property management, and we are looking for a skilled Homeowner Acquisition Specialist to join us and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Homeowner Acquisition Specialist to research and reach out to property owners who are seeking property management or co-hosting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, converting prospects into clients, and onboarding new homeowners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work during US business hours (10 AM – 6 PM CST).

Key Responsibilities:
– Research and identify property owners in need of property management or co-hosting services.
– Reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
– Build and nurture relationships with leads to convert them into clients.
– Provide detailed information about our services and address any questions or concerns from potential clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
– Manage the onboarding process for new homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress with potential clients.
– Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
– Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for homeowner acquisition.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, business development, or homeowner acquisition role, preferably in the property management industry.
– Strong understanding of property management and co-hosting services.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work 10 AM – 6 PM CST.
– Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
