Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented Short Form Video Editor with a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of the Alex Hormozi editing style. This role will focus on transforming raw martial arts technique and talking head videos from our clients into engaging, concise, and impactful short form content.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
Take raw footage of martial arts techniques or talking heads from instructors / owners and transform it into engaging short form videos.
Infuse the editing style reminiscent of Alex Hormozi – high energy, impactful, and concise.
Incorporate appropriate graphics, music, and effects to enhance the video’s message and feel.
Storytelling:
Understand the core message and value of each technique and ensure it is conveyed effectively in the edited video.
Craft a narrative that resonates with martial arts enthusiasts and potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and desired outcomes.
Coordinate with our internal team to align videos with brand guidelines and objectives.
Quality Assurance & Feedback:
Review videos for any mistakes or inconsistencies.
Take feedback from clients and team members and make necessary revisions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in video editing, preferably with short form content.
– Familiarity with the Alex Hormozi video editing style or similar high-energy editing styles.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
– Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Passion for martial arts is a plus.
