Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills? Are you experienced in customer service and have a passion for research and project management? If so, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage various business-related and personal tasks for our Airbnb and other ventures.

Main Tasks:

As our Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Airbnb:
– Handling guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
– Providing prompt and responsive assistance to guests’ inquiries and requests.
– Coordinating cleaning schedules and managing inventory for the Airbnb properties.

Research and Project Management:
– Conducting business-related research to support decision-making processes.
– Assisting with research on personal matters as required.
– Managing our schedule and following up with people on our behalf.
– Preparing and editing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

– Outstanding organizational abilities, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Other Desirable Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

– Ability to create simple financial reports to assist with business tracking and decision-making.
– Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility.
– Knowledge of marketing principles to support business growth.
– Fluency in Spanish, which can be valuable for interacting with Spanish-speaking guests.
