Title: Virtual Assistant – Motel and Airbnb Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage a 38-room motel with Airbnb listings remotely. The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience and exceptional English communication skills. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the motel and Airbnb listings.
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and communications promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure rooms are properly cleaned and maintained.
Monitor and update pricing and availability across all booking platforms.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Respond to guest reviews and feedback to maintain positive ratings and guest satisfaction.
Utilize property management software to manage reservations, invoices, and reports.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
Assist with marketing efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
Stay informed about local events, attractions, and regulations that may impact operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in property management, preferably in a motel/hotel or vacation rental setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Airbnb and other online booking platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting.
Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to guest satisfaction.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
