Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Handle customer service calls and provide assistance in a friendly and efficient manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reservations Management:

Utilize the Cloudbeds CRM and PMS to manage and update reservations.
Coordinate with clients to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on reservations and availability.
Communication:

Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, both written and verbal.
Collaborate with team members to address customer needs effectively.
Cloudbeds Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in using the Cloudbeds CRM and PMS.
Navigate the system efficiently to streamline customer interactions and reservations.
Troubleshoot any issues related to Cloudbeds and provide solutions.
Percentage-Based Compensation:

The compensation for this position will be based on a percentage of successfully managed reservations and customer service outcomes.
Negotiable based on experience and performance.
Availability:

Immediate availability is required for this role.
