Crest Housing is seeking a diligent and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote position plays a crucial role in supporting our housing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our tenants and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:**
– **Tracking Service Charge Payments:** Monitor and manage records of service charge payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
– **Repairs Tracking:** Keep track of repairs from report to resolution, liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure effective communication and swift action.
– **Support Notes Completion:** Accurately complete and maintain support notes for all tenant interactions and services provided.
– **Housing Benefit Claims:** Prepare and submit housing benefit claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
– **Marketing Material Creation:** Design and produce engaging marketing materials to promote Crest Housing’s services and properties.
– **Online Presence Management:** Oversee and enhance our digital footprint across various platforms to engage with the community and promote our services.
– **Tenant Communication:** Conduct calls to tenants for assessments, support work, and service charge payments follow-up, maintaining high levels of customer service and support.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Canva, and social media platforms.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– A commitment to delivering high-quality support and service.
– Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing marketing materials and manage online content effectively.
