Proficiency in recording real-time voice-overs while demonstrating tasks in Word. (No synthetic/computer-generated voices, please.)
Talent for designing captivating thumbnails for the videos.
Understanding of YouTube video flow, including engaging opening hooks and clear calls-to-action for subscriptions.
Dedication to delivering clear audio without background noise.
Creation of video thumbnails that correspond to each topic.
A Special note, I need to explain further that this is a new YouTube Channel. The project is to build eventually a successful channel that has over 1000 How To Word Doc videos on it. I would prefer to find a person who would commit to creating these videos for this channel. This is not a one-month job but a long-term Job that could last 2-3 years of work.
