Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and hiring.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies aimed at employee retention and development.
Conduct performance evaluations and regular review interviews.
Organize and conduct training and development programs.
Participate in the development of corporate culture and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Maintain HR documentation and reporting.
Provide advice to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Conduct daily meetings with the team to discuss ongoing tasks and projects.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the Head of HR.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the IT field.
Advanced level of English (C1 or higher).
Knowledge of modern methods and tools for personnel recruitment.
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and be result-oriented.
High level of responsibility and independence in work.
