Hi! This is a job recruitment posting from an industry Rehab Clinic brand in Canada.
Our company is an industry-leading Rehab and Wellness Clinic serving Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
We are currently looking for a Superstar HR & Administrative assistant who can help us with the following tasks:
HR Tasks
1. Creates and posts job ads
– Reply and communicate with the applicants promptly by replying to their applications
– Filter unqualified applicants and conduct an initial screening interview
– Managing Interviews for the applicants with the HR director/Clinic owner
2. Provide routine in-house newsletter to our practitioners and admin team
3. Manage LinkedIn Business Page
– Constantly update posts and job posts
4. Sort out the right candidates from the applications and then arrange an interview with the Clinic director or Managers
5. Arrange onboarding and orientation for new hires
6. Communicate and gather necessary information (payroll, insurance, license, etc.) from the new hires and register them on our system
7. Conduct employee evaluation
8. Help set up an HR SOPs
Administrative tasks
1. Billing for ICBC/WSBC
– Submits invoices via the HCPIR and WSBC portals
– Manage and record payments received
– Monitor unpaid invoices every month
(The tasks and hours per week may be altered shortly,
depend on your skills and preferences, and changes in the company’s needs.)
We are looking at about 40 hours/week of dedication for now, and willing to provide good monthly compensation with a 13th-month payment after 12+ months of employment in good standing.
We already have 7 VAs working with us, and all of them stayed with us for years already!
We are a growing team so you can grow within our team.
Most of our tasks are web-based and back-office work
so you can work from home.
We also have a VA manager who will oversee your work and provide you
adequate training.
The right candidate should be
– Has a great communication skills (in English)
– Excellent writer (in English) in both a creative/professional way
– HR background with management experience
– Background in Healthcare is a plus (but not required)
– Neat and organized
– Detail-oriented
– Problem solver
– Good communicator
– Proficiency in Word/Excel/Gmail etc.
– Fast learner
– Responsive to emails and messages
