Job Description

A Delivery Service Provider for Amazon based in the US is looking for a HR Admin/Bookkeeper. Serving as a point of contact for Recruitment and HR while performing basic bookkeeping tasks will be your main responsibility. If you are extremely detail oriented, highly organised, intuitive, and with good experience in handling financial reports, then you would not want to miss out on this great opportunity!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as the first point of contact for job applicants and existing staff, managing the HR inbox to effectively deal with HR queries from employees, managers and external organisations
* To carry out administrative work on recruitment, training, and staff welfare
* Ensure that all contractual changes are implemented promptly, with appropriate paperwork completed.
* Ensure all employee files and HR databases are kept up to date.
* Provide administrative support to ad hoc HR projects as and when required
* Recording of purchase and sales invoices
* Posting of receipts and payments, daily online banking, credit control
* Reconciliation of ledgers and bank statement reconciliation, cash flow monitoring
* Working as part of a team to ensure the delivery of excellent service

QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of experience working as a HR Admin and Bookkeeper or Similar Role
* Knowledge of using Quickbooks
* Experience working with Amazon
* Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-adding tasks
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
